Jean Abbott has been a teacher for over 30 years.  A highlight of her life was going with her family on a Science at Sea cruise to Alaska with Steve Spangler.  She enjoys doing science experiments with young children, which inspired her to write this book. This is her first book and she hopes to publish more books in the future.
